Wonder if he could do my little rim project for me......I just picked up 2 more chrome rims for $100 this week so I can replace the ones with major curbage. Just need the chrome taken off the lip and then to powdercoat.

Can those guys fabricate a set of side mounts and innercooler pipes?
Mike, I can strip the chrome for you if you feel like heading out this way.

How do I get ahold of these guys? A job like this would definately mean I'd have to leave the car with them for a few days.
Wonder if they'd be interested in make a few "kits" for resale...

How would you strip the chrome off? I only want it off of the lip and not the full wheel. Also, I'll have an extra wheel left over if you want it.

My electro plating kit is made for stuff like this. The 1st step to gold plating an emblem is to strip the chrome. I'd mask off the face of the wheel with plastic + tape and use the chrome stripper solution and anode from my kit. Probably take me 1/2 hour -> 45 minutes to do all 4 wheels.
If you have any counter weights on the lips, I'd need to have those removed.

I think that freaking car in contagous and my stealth caught it. Driving to the womans house on 104th and morgan....yes 3 blocks from hwy 100 almost slammed head on into a deer. Its the first time I've ever seen a deer do a complete 180 right next to a car. I kinda wish I would have hit him because it I was turning a corner doing about 25ish and it would have lead to getting the Kaze bumper that I wanted to buy.
