Hey everyone,
We've had a great surge of sign-ups for the UMG so far. We have 36 people signed up. The current sign up list is at:
http://www.mn3s.org/upper-midwest-list.html
The hotel is also all set up to take your reservations. So if you want first picks at the rooms, call Baker's Sunset Bay Resort soon. Mention me or the Minnesota 3/S car club to get your discounted rate.
Thanks,

Hey guys,
If you'd like to help advertise the UMG, here is the banner to add to your sig:
{url=http://www.mn3s.org/upper-midwest07.html]{img]http://www.mn3s.org/umg2007-banner2.jpg[/img]
If you replace the two "{" with "[" and it will show up right in your signatures. It really helps advertise the event if you put this into your signature on various 3/S messageboards.
Thanks for your help,

Hey everyone,
Man we've had some great weather the last few days!! Are you getting pumped for the UMG yet? I was digging around and found the video from the 2003 UMG. If you want a great snapshot of what the UMG is all about, watch this:

Hey everyone,
I talked to the hotel yesterday. Looks like we only have 16 rooms reserved so far. This means a lot of you haven't booked your room yet. The more desirable and cheaper rooms are almost gone. If you wait much longer, you might be stuck with a bigger, more expensive room. So if you haven't made your reservation, you should call Baker's Sunset Bay Resort soon and get it done. There number is 1-800-435-6515 and there website is:
http://www.sunsetbayresort.com/
As of today, we have 62 people signed up for the UMG. That number is a little down from last year at this time, but its more than our list from two years ago.
Thanks,

you smell bad.
Tonia and I plan to make the drive from home and save a little cash, but depending on how things go, we might be interested in splitting a room friday night.
I have a benefit dance in Boscobel to go to sat night for a friend of mine, so we won't be able to stick around too late on sat night.
Dunno if we'll come back on Sunday or not, we'll see how the house building is progressing.

Hey everyone,
We are up to 65 sign-ups now. The current list is at:
http://www.mn3s.org/upper-midwest-list.html
Sounds like a lot of people have made there hotel reservations in the last week. That means that there is even less of the cheaper rooms now. So I'll say again, if you haven't made your reservations, make your hotel reservations now! The UMG is only about a month away. W00t!

Hey guys,
As of last Thursday, we have 23 rooms booked at Baker's and five rooms left in the block of rooms we have saved off. There are no guarantees after that.
Not much new to report. I think we'll be having the Friday night dinner at the Wintergreen Grille and Bar. The sign up list is at 70!!

Hey everyone,
The UMG is just around the corner now. I'm hoping to finalize the schedule sometime this week. And it looks like we are up to 75 sign ups:
http://www.mn3s.org/upper-midwest-list.html
We'll have some nice prizes this year to give away thanks to LSE Performance. We've got a complete set of Redline fluids including MTL, 75w-90 and water wetter. LSE also threw in one of there new t-shirts. I'm also planning on getting some other prizes too. Thanks LSE!
I think all of the cheapest hotel rooms are gone now. If you still haven't booked your room, you better do it now.
Of course its not too late to sign up for the UMG, just surf over to http://umg.mn3s.org and sign up. Its gonna be a blast!

I just talked to the hotel to get some more info on the rooms. Looks like there is only one room left in the main building. That room should be about $78 a night. After that, the only rooms left are the one bedroom suites that are in the other buildings. Those go for $115 to $125 a night with our discount. So I'd call today if you still need a room.
