I must be the only one who sees this as uncalled for, or maybe everyone on 3si is just use to it?
I can see both sides a few days later, when the head nut job takes the time to spew out a few facts. But even then, I just see that as uncalled for with a mod or admin.
Am I the only one who feels that when you represent something you should be a little above the commoners, like myself.
And the one guy who did comment imediately got slammed, and then also instantly backs down. my favorite part (besides the "wah wah wah" ~that's classy) was "noobs need to be put in there place."
*sigh*
I'm just saying, you treat people like crap, they treat you like crap. I see it alot like highschool, where everyone picked on the freshman, and bowed down to the seniors no matter how stupid they were. I thought it was retarded back then. It's worse now. especially over the internet.
noobs do not need to be "put in there place." They need to be taught. and then, many years from now, when they are not "noobs" and they see a "noob" struggling, they will extend him the same common courtisy that they were shown.
Maybe I'm just way off my rocker, though.
