I think if you get your shorts to SJ this weekend that he may be able to get them done in time. If you pick some up, maybe you could buy an extra pair for Tonia? She said she wants a Med. Any color but pink or yellow would be fine.
Thanks Aaron

Ok folks, we have a small issue. The 8004B that everyone wants is discontinued. Those of you that ordered this shirt need to a) pick out a different one or b) let us know you want a refund. We need to hear from you no later than Sunday evening.
Christine, your hat request will work out just fine.
As far as I know everything is going as planned with the exception of the black polos that most of you wanted.
Let us know ASAP! Thanks Aaron

LAME! I'll be ok with the red polo with the checkered collar. I believe it's the 8004RWB. I think. To many numbers and letters for a friday.

Please list two choices just in case there are some issues with size and color combinations.
Remember we need this information by sunday night.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hey folks: Is nothing easy? The ENTIRE line of these 8004 shirts has been discontinued, not just the BLACK version. BUT, there are a few left of the white and red, but exact numbers do not exist. And his email was confusing... Here's what I THINK I know: If you ordered a L or XL, there are SOME 8004RWB If you ordered a M, there are SOME 8004White Now the worse news. These stocks could be gone by Monday - no guarantees. As Aaron said, I need all this figured out by Sunday evening so I can give him the revised order Monday morning for any hope of this coming together in time for the NG. SO, HERE'S WHAT I NEED FROM YOU: 1. If you ordered the black 8004, you must let me know if it's okay to get whatever version is left in your size AND 2. Be okay with a 9003 as shown as a back up or the one here that has the horizontal strip (it would be in black like the 8004 B, squint your eyes, you'll see it ) http://www.w3si.org/images/scowan/Plan-BShirts.jpgOR 3. We'll give you a credit towards Aarons car repairs... I mean, a refund. I'd hate to see anyone cancel due to this, but would certainly understand. Aaron -- if this info is right, you also need to pick another one for your M 8004 RWB. Polos: 1. Joe Rouse, L, style #9003 (Joe is the only one this doesn't effect) 2. Adam Hafeman, L, style #8004B -- now #8004RWB, option 2 9003 or Plan-B in black? 3. Jim Walters, XL, style #8004B -- now ?, option 2 9003 or Plan-B in black? 4. Greg Ellingson, M style #8004B -- now 8004W, option 2 9003 or Plan-B in black? 5. Aaron Stoeffler: M #8004W -- may work, option 2 9003 or Plan-B in black? M #8004RWB -- -- now ?, option 2 9003 or Plan-B in black? Lastly, we can wait -- the 9003 does come in different versions as well, but I don't have them. I also don't recall any of them looking better than the one we provided, but we can always check. Your call. Confused? I know I am! Sorry about all this, but this is completely out of my hands. Hope this helps. Best, SJ
