I just used some gasket sealer. RTV would have been a better choice but I didn't have any at the time and I was in a hurry.
You could get a couple rubber washers or o-rings to seal it.

I finally got some time last night, and I started in on the pump assembly disection. I dissassembled everything, and pulled the pump out, and started to take a really good look at what this project is going to entail. I got the hard line cut off and ground flat, and the sealing area pretty "niced up" so that everything should seal pretty well. I used a 4" grinder and a cutting well, then a wire wheel to take the rust off. Now I just need to drill the hole, but I need the bulk head fitting for that. I'm ordering the fittings today, and hopefully if they get here before the weekend I'll be able to assemble this biaaaaatch. I'm pretty confident that this will work, and maybe even work well. the one thing that I'm wondering about right now is how to secure the pump to the "stand." I'd like to just nylon tie, or hose clamp it to the stand, but I'm worried that might be to rough on bounces, so I might look into a piece of rubber to put in between the stand and the pump... also looked at the stereo controls last night... that's a different story. trying to locate a camera to take pics of this whole operation... and any injuries that happen.

HELL YEAH. stop by! I hope to have the fuel pump at least fairly buttoned up, but the A/F ratio could use some playing with... I'm a tuning newbie!!!

Greg - when your in GB do you think I could swing by Adams place to have to check some things over before the NG. I know my car needs some TLC that I cant afford but I just want you to check it out prior to driving it there. I dont want it blowing up.
