Jesse, did you ever go looking for the leather repair stuff for your car seat? I saw the info-mercial for the stuff again last night. It was called liquid leather, but I did not have time to write down the phone number. just curious if you ever looked into it or fixed your seats in a different way.

There is a guy in green bay that does auto upholstery on cars that are being restored, that were broken into, that were neglected(like yours). He redid a peice of the seat in my jag, and the convertable cover for my ex-girlfriends sebring, and he covered a center console that I built for my old jeep. he's not fast. At all. but he does good work. Tell him you know me and he'll charge you an extra 15%. I taught his son how to drive a jet ski, and was the first guy to feel up his daughter. (lets keep that one on the down low, I'd hate to have him find out I taught Luke how to jet ski.) I could find his number if you want.

I don't know as I've never had a whole seat repaired. We recovered the seats in the jeep in vinyl, so thats not leather, and it was a small spot on the front of my seat in the jag that needed to be repaired. I think he did the jag seat for something rediculously low like 20 bucks. I'd have to ask my father about the jeep seats, as he was the one who had that done. I could ask jeff how much for a whole seat. I'll do that next time I'm buzzing by his shop.

If you guys are still interested in seat repair there is a shop in Madison (Ericksons Auto Trim) that does excelent work. I had the normal wear and tear on the outside of the drivers seat(2 panels replaced and installed) and a couple panels on the pass'er seat were comming un-threaded so he redid those and charged $125. If anything ever EVER goes wrong with those parts that he repaired he fixes them no questions asked and no charge.
