I got a god damn speeding ticket yesterday on my way home from work. 50 in a 30. Cop marked it down to 45 in a 30, but it was bullshit. It was my fault, I did it. I'm just ranting and pissed off that there is speed limits at all right now. Here go the skyrocketing insurance rates. That's what pisses me off the most. The funny thing though is that I wasn't driving my Stealth, I was driving my truck. Oh well, maybe my fine will go to building SOME DECENT PAVED ROADS, but I bet it will go the DRUNK DRIVING TRANSPORTATION FUND FOR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL PEG LAUTENSHLAGER, while she is without her licence.

It was in Madison on High Crossing Blvd. Don't those Madison cops know how to give warnings, I mean shit it was only 20 over! Cop approched the truck with his hand on his gun and shit, and blocked in the truck so I couldn't go anywhere, as if I was going to, it was funny. I knew I was nailed and pulled over almost before he even put his lights on. In the area where I grew up the cop would have just given you a warning if you are polite with him and pull over instantly admitting you know you've been busted. But in Madison, NO, in Madison they call in SWAT and put handcuffs on you while they are writing a speeding ticket. It was funny though right before I just, I mean just, waxed my truck and the whole time he was writing up that bullshit I was just mesmorized by the the lights from the squad reflecting down the side of my truck as I could see in the mirror. I think he was just jealous that his squad car doesn't have a Hemi. What a hater!!!

I got pulled over on HWY 100 just south of Capitol and a little north of that K-mart. It was kinda dumb, I was driving along 55 in a 45, not worrying about getting pulled over, but then some moron cut in front of me and i had to slam on my brakes and change lanes, so after I changed lanes, in some sort of road rage, I sped up to much to get past him and saw a cop. I knew I was caught so I puleld over right away.
18 over, woulda been a 102 dollar fine and 4 points, but the cop said I looked like a nice kid so he gave me a 10 dollar fine and no points, for "Not wearing my seatbelt"
Dont worry, I WAS wearing it.
I was EXTREMELY lucky that day. But I wasnt driving the 3Kgt I was driving a 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Dont worry, I WAS wearing it. . yeah that happens to me quite frequently as I have a tendency of getting pulled over alot.... I learned that if the cop tells you "I'm gonna have to write you a citation for not wearing your seatbelt" DON'T ARGUE with him even if you have it on. He's trying to cut you a break. Now I'll make sure I have it off when I get pulled over just in case he wants to overlook the speeding or other form of wreckless endangerment I just did.

Yeah, my friend got pulled over on I-94 in Kenosha, right before the Highway 50 Exit. He's from illinois, so he got NO break. 83 in a 65, 18 over and a 230 dollar fine...... BUT, on the actual pink ticket, the cop wrote that he had Wisconsin plates, but their Illinois plates, so when he goes to court on October 20th, He might be able to get out of it.
