that sounds ok with me too. Fill us in on the details. What do you think Greg, can you make this one? Anybody interested in a little get together somewhere after it's over?

Sure....July 2nd is something called Real Street Drags. More info can be found at www.realstreetdrags.net. Essentially, it's street racing at a track, and no one knows what you ran except you. It's not posted on the large board, and it's not posted on your competitor/comrade's timeslip. For example, a lot of people here in Point think I ran 13.0 a couple days ago, and I have a couple races coming up with each of them on July 2nd. I wish them luck. I'd be in for a get together after as well. I believe racing is scheduled to stop at 10, but I've heard it tends to go much later. It's really a great event with many types of cars. If you want to race, race, but if you don't, it's still an absolutely awesome spectator event from what I've heard. Thanks guys, and I hope to see ya'll there. Matt

I'm running a gutted CRX with nitrous and a Eclipse GSX w/a EVO 16G and nitrous.
I should do alright, they're both 12 second cars, so they're definitely not slow.

Subtract 2 seconds off that Nova that Tuff has and you'll get the real time I've been at 2 RSD's at WIR and one at GLD, I'd have to say to race it's better to go to WIR but if you want to spectate and see some cool ass races the GLD one owns.

Yeah, Tuff's Nova is absolutely scary from what I hear.
I've never spent any time at an RSD, but I'll be there for July 2nd, and I think everyone else should be there as well! There's no reason not to go!

Just a TTT for this thread and a reminder to all those people who were thinking of making the trip to WIR. Hope to see you there!

So who is coming to RSD today I'll be there around 6:30, maybe sooner depending on how much work I have.

If you guys saw the situation my car is in right now you'd absolutely laugh when I say: "Yeah, I'll be there." It's just not even close to running, I'm going to tune 720s for the first time in the car, less than an hour before I leave, and I don't even have them installed yet!
But with that said, I'll be there and I'm hunting for some 11s.
Matt
