Thanks, I'd like to hook my datalogger up to your car sometime. Got a feeling you're looking at a dieing ISC. Believe there is a way to test it in the manual. Did you pull off the coolant lines to the throttle body? I have yet to pull the lines off the throttle body. Was waiting to clear this up and get a TT one. Also, if it tests good, how do i clean it? Just use mild soap and water or carb cleaner or what?

Clean the ISC? Uh, no. Maybe clean the end of it where it goes into the throttle body, but I don't really see that being very effective.
Oh, I did a little more research about the DOHC NA and TT throttle bodies, and it turns out, they are the same diameter. *shrug* Haven't tested this first hand though. The SOHC TBs, on the other hand, are quite a bit smaller.

Wel just took the old OHM meter out. Here's the readings a I got.
pos. / ground./ reading 1 / 2 No Reading 3 / 2 32.0 4 / 5 31.8 6 / 5 31.4
So it looks like she's bad.
Do you think I should go ahead and change my plugs, too. Since I'm sure they aren't in great shape after running so rich from this exhaust leak.
Thanks guys for all the help.

If it were my car, I wouldn't go thru the hassle just for that reason. Get on it a few times. That'll clear em up. If they're old, by all means go for it...

I know i did the front ones when i did my head gasket last summer, but i dont think i changed my rears. So they prolly have 15k miles or so on them and they are just autolite coppers. I know i have champion coppers in the front with about 8k on them.
Also, I can change my plugs in no time at all. I have nothing to remove because all the brackets are gone, i have no egr system, and no turbo vacuum lines to remove. Last time it took me like 45 minutes from start to finish for all six and wires.
I'll just see how she feels with the new one in there and then decide from there.
And i'd like to hook up that datalogger to my car, too. Lets plan a time to get together.

Joe, i don't plan on staying late at Jesse's on Wed. It's an hour drive home, and I have to work the next day. Maybe this weekend will work better?
