I believe it is in the fuse panel under the dash at your left knee if you are sitting in the drivers seat.

Memory fuse? Unlikely... At least I've never heard of such a thing. If this "memory fuse" was blown, you would not have power to run your headunit.
Chances are you have your constant 12+ connected to your Acc 12+. Switch your yellow (larger gauge) and red wire (small gauge) behind the headunit and you should be fine.
When they are incorrect, the unit will run fine when the car is on but will have no memory because the constant power needed for memory is attached to the input to turn the unit on.
If this somehow doesn't make sense, call the Captain. He is in control.

you are correct sir TT4ME, it was crossed wires that my friend did wrong lol. the fuse thing was told to me by my friend who installed the unit, i personally do not know shit about car stereo installation and hence the question, but is all fixed now along with the switch to watch tv while driving, not for me but for my monkeys lol...
thanks for the advice.

Glad I was correct.. I've installed a couple dozen aftermarket headunits in a variety of cars. I'm pretty confident in my ability! Thanks for confirming.

What if I lose my stock radio memory and climate control also loses memory?
