Does anyone in wisconsin have a DR650 powered car? I really would like to get a ride in one of each (DR500, DR650) before deciding which to bu this summer...

Ill stress again... talk to Jeff (440 4x4) about DR turbos before deciding to buy a set. His opinion may influece your choice to buy them.
Francis from MN3S has DR650s I know, but I'm not sure that anyone in WI has them... couple of people have DR500's though.

Actually, if you're thinking about Nick and his DR500s, he doesnt visit the forums here.

I like my DR500s, I can say that the DR650s in Francis's car are very impressive...I can't comment on a 15G car since I've never been in one.

I've never been in a DR650 car other than one of Matt's. But I have been in a few 15G cars that were very impressive.

Yeah I lurk on here now and then to see what's up, I just haven't needed to make a post until now . Anyway, as Jeff said, I have a set of the DR500s and I'm quite pleased with them, they are an enormous improvement over the stockers yet still retain a lot of responsiveness. The most I have run on them so far is 15-16 PSI. I'm sure they will just scream when they are cranked up to 18+ on race gas. Let me know if you want to meet up some time and go for a ride.

If everything is as expected at the upper midwest gathering, I'll be more than happy to give some rides! I just know I never should have went for that ride with Francis last year....that's when the madness began Matt
