SJ Other than a ton of phone calls and some skidsteer work I'm not doing any construction work... yet. I'll be doing the woodwork, cabinet install, closets, deck, tile flooring, and about a million other things to finish the interior. That will save us about $15K in labor. Still living in our apartment until next spring...
