Once again...looking for a beater. Im tired of driving my stealth 60 miles roundtrip to work and back. Think its time to buy a beater. Let me know if someone has a reliable beater for sale.

Marroon 93 Escort Station wagon 5-speed. New rear brakes, alternator, and 4 new tires. Alpine CD player. Needs a thermostat, battery terminals need to be cleaned. Fresh oil change + filter 2 weeks ago. Transmission shifts perfect (even into reverse), gas mileage is lower -> mid 30's. Leaks NO oil.
Fun little car. Adequate pick up for a wagon. Out runs civics and cavaliers (right Aaron).
kbb is 1500. Make me an offer.

You gotta be kidding. $1500 KBB when it's only got 34,000 miles? Drives/runs good? Damn. I wish I wasn't broke, I'd love a wagon to haul crap around.

Well I got a promotion at work....I actually liked working at generac, but its back to sucking again. Its one of those promotions where you work your as off 3x as hard and do 3 people jobs and make the same ammount of money. I am however taking home around $600 for the week, which isnt too bad, but I had to work 62 hours to make it. Not sure how much long I'm going to stick it out at the hell hole, so still not sure if I need a beater or not.

yeah it's a decent beater. Seems to get around pretty good for a 4cyl wagon. It toasted our beater 90 cavalier.

So how much of a "beater" is it. I'll be driving it 60 miles a day and I dont want it breaking down.
