Quote: Just had another thought: When the motor surges, does the CE light come on? nope, I have never seen my CE light come on.

Nope, the fuel pump is not hotwired, still the stock wiring to it. Do you think it is a FPR issue? I upgraded from the NA fuel pump to the TT fuel pump. which flows alot more fuel, and changed nothing else. (stock fuel lines and NA FPR) Doesn't that mean that I am getting more fuel presure now because I am flowing more fuel thru the same "volume" of fuel line? Over running the FPR?

I don't think it is a fuel pump problem. I think it is a issue between the ECU/E-manage signals. I think it is similar to the surge I get at lower speeds at mid throttle (2k-4k rpm, 20%-35% tps, 15-30 mph). I am going to try to get some logs today.

That's 4 cars now that I know have that issue... There are 2 cars (both are mostly stock) out here that have the exact same issue as you & John. Once the e-manage was removed, the problem went away.

Both of them were running the EM blue. I'm going to borrow one of them and see if my car will have the same issue.

I don't remember having the problem with the stock injectors or the 450's.
