So, I dropped the mits off over at the muffler shop on Monday, with the understanding they would start it first thing Wednesday if not sooner. I stopped over there today at lunch, and at 11:30 they were just getting it up on the lift. So much for getting to it early. I HOPE it will be done today, as I still need time to wire in the LC-1 and get some stuff cleaned-up before Friday.

Got the car back tonight around 5:30, and I am very happy with the exhaust work, looks great. After I got it home, I took some time to install my new air filter, and the wideband O2 sensor in the downpipe. First issue I have is I can't log O2 and work with my e-manage at the same time, my laptop only has one com port, but I work around that until my e-manage harness comes in so I can hook up the wideband to it.
I played around with the setup a little bit, but still not happy with the results. I dont know if I am doing something wrong or if I just need more time at tuning it, but my AFR is going all over the place. I know it is going to bounce around 14.7 a bit, but I am getting HUGE swings. Jumping from 14.7 down to 11 then up to 19, and I never really get up on the throttle that hard.
I think my other issue is the open atmosphere BOV, I cant keep the car from dying when I come off the throttle. I think I might have to bite the bullet and recirculate it. I have had enough for the night, but tomrrow I will put on the one EGR block off plate I need, and then work with it again.

The system ground and the analog ground need to be connected to the same ground. I've been trying to log my wb on my logger. I originally just hooked the analog 1 ouput to the egr signal wire and couldn't get it to work. So I hooked up the analog ground to the egr ground wire and my wb is jumping like yours. I believe this is cause by an difference in ground potential. I haven't had a chance to change the grounds yet today but it should fix the problem.

where are you grounding to? I have them grounded to the ECU, should I just move it to the frame then?

I would try moving the heater ground. Then try moving the analog ground to the sensor ground.
The heater and system power I have grounded to the body, the analog ground goes to the egr ground. I ran the signal/ground wires out to the connector which probably doen't help the problem. I remember seeing in the manual that the heater should be grounded separate, I had everything grounded together without any problems. I would like to splice in at the ECU, but I can't find my cd manual.

I removed my factory narrowband (I only have one as I have the '94 NA ECU) and replaced it with the wideband. I cut the clip off that the factory sensor plugged into and wired my wideband to that. I have the red wire (12V power) on the 12V power wire, the white wire (system ground) and the green wire (analog ground) grounded together at the end of the wire. The blue wire (heater ground) is grounded to the same wire but I spliced it in closer to the ECU not at the end with the other two. The yellow wire (analog out 1) is wired in to the end of the orignal sensor signal wire. The black wire (calibration) is connected to the switch and the LED and then grounded to the frame.
What you think? This is how I have it right now.

Is the WB power wire connected to the 12 heater wire on the factory harness? If so move that to a switched power (power while running).
I think the power on the factory harness comes from the ECU to control heater.

MORE work to do!! I now have 450cc injectors (thanks Ver Fer) and the necessary resistors to install them. I will be installing both of them into the car next weekend. I am also going to put in new spark plugs (gapped to .030.) Zero out the air correction table on the e-manage, set-up the global correction for the new injectors, and see what happens. I hope this will correct my lean issues, so I can work on building some boost on this thing.
