Turns out that I had one of my advisors mess up on my credit schedule and I was going to be 3 credits short. On top of that, one potential job offer wants me to graduate this semester instead of over the summer. So this means that I have to pick up 6 more credits for the end of the semester. When you take half semester classes it is the same as taking 2x the credits of what the class is really worth since you still have the same number of class hours, except in half the time span. I started off with taking 15 credits this semester, all of which are major specific classes (MIS) and are a little difficult. Then taking 6 more on top of that for the end of the semester equals 21 credits which is actually like taking 12 more for a total of 27 credits for the final 7 weeks of the semester. Add that to working a normal job, running my own business, trying to find a full time job for after graduation, and having a girl friend all adds up to being a zombie most days. Ok - my rant time is over.

Holy rant batman -- you need a vacation Mike. Remember: beer isn't just for breakfast anymore -- right Matty? Take it easy and I hope it all works out. Best, SJ

Finding a real job has been a challenge also. Most of these places require 4-5 interviews which I have to squeeze in my schedule some where. Anyone know of any positions open for a tech guy. Im an MIS major so I'm not some hardcore coder but have a fair amount of tech skills. Main skills are:
Database management and reporting (probably best skill) Code troubleshooting Project management Network admin
Will be graduating in the middle of May with a 3.5 gpa
I can post a resume if anyone needs it

Been there man. I got my 4 year degree in 2. 3 semesters a year, something like 20 credits per semester, 1 full time job, 1 part time job, and 1 seasonal job, along with the car and my ex....
...and I ended up moving to PA to be a mechanic... *shrug*

Best, SJ while going for my degree, I pulled dead carp out of the coolant intake of power plants. I had a job after college, because it turns out dead carp are a huge help at motivation.
