1.5" front 1.3" rear
No idea on ride quality, yet.
I believe they have an MSRP of $230 a set.

I'd reitterate what Joe said. Actually, I bought a set of Tein-S springs. They are sitting about 5 feet about from me. I bought them because they drop was supposed to be somewhere between Eibachs and Intrax, so that seemed ideal for me. Eibach's didn't offer enough drop, Intrax offers quite a bit more, but I've heard the ride suffers.
I got them from Gruppe-S. $160 shipped. Great deal. I'd recommend getting them from him IF you go with Teins.

I checked with Tein and they only offer a TT set, not a set for N/A's. The N/A set is 0.9" front and 0.7" rear. Less than eibachs. Its basically a stock replacement.

they are listed for n/a's all over the place so either the people at the places im looking are stupid or they do make them for n/a's but the pricing is way better than eibachs cause I can pick up the s-techs for as cheap as $145

There are two different tien spring sets. one is for n/a and one for TT. The n/a set is softer than eibachs and less drop. S-Tech for TT only: http://www.tein.com/stech.htmlH-Tech for FWD: http://www.tein.com/htech.htmlJust read down the list.

I.C.
someone is probably listing the h-techs as the s-techs either as a mistake or just to sell more but that clears up everything. thanx joe
