**TAKEN FROM A POST FROM 1993 ON A STEALTH MAILING LIST***
This question inspired me to come up with the Top Ten reasons the Stealth is fun in the snow:
10. Who needs traction? It's fun to spin your wheels. 9. Steering is too predictable...it's nice to see 360 degrees of landscape while you spin around and around. 8. The radio sounds great while you sit there. 7. The car looks good against the white snow. 6. The seats are comfortable while you wait for the tow truck. 5. The car is a terrible target for carjackers (it can't go anywhere). 4. You get lots of chances to make use of your AAA card (if AAA shows up on such a terrible day). 3. You can't go anywhere, therefore you can't have an accident. 2. You get to stay home and play with the kids who are home because school is closed.
and the #1 reason the Stealth is fun in the snow:
1. You get to hear All Things Considered and Morning Edition each TWICE!

That's odd, I drive my '92 Stealth R/T 5speed all year round. In fact it's one of the best winter cars I've ever owned. It drives through almost anything...

try doing it with z rated summer tires and 220fwhp and torque to match. once i started moddin, it became a whole diff car in the snow. Its not as bad at that list states, but it can get pretty crazy out there in the snow.

The snow tires on my VR-4 used to be an awesome winter setup....a lot of fun to drive and drift! Matt

Dragon1/Brian Exactly. Z rated all-seasons + snow * AWD = fast fun. I can out handle SUV's.
