So, like, when
NO ONE showed up to RA in April 'cept me (AHEM), I emailed Nick to give him grief. So when I didn't hear back from him, I emailed him again. So when I didn't hear back from him again, I called his cell and left him a snotty message, cause, well, it's NICK FOR GAWD'S sake.
So, like, totally, OMG -- I get a call from him today at lunch. Seems around Christmas he decided he wanted to be a Ranger in Airborne. He's been down at Fort Benning just south of Columbus, GA since February....
He says Airborne school is backed up.
Probably be down there four years.
Will get time off for good behavior
, I guess one month and Holiday's and SWEARS he'll let us know when he comes back.
Any of you that have ever been to RA will recognize Nick by his really sweet all modded to hell '99. I think he was pretty close to taking BEST 3/S at last year's NG as well.
So he's in the Army now. We all wish him much luck and hope to see him back here soon.
