Ok, So I just found out what this holiday is all about...
It's from back when the mexicans kicked the french out of there country.
Does anyone else find it amusing that the mexicans have a special day to celibrate throwing illegal immigrants out of there country...?

They perform the tasks I am too lazy to do.
