I have a strong feeling there will be a pretty big group heading down there together. I might talk with Curt at MN3/S to see if we could meet up with them along the way too. I'm not sure how many of them plan on attending though... A hardcore dose of W3SI and MN3S parading down the highways would be very impressive.
When the National Gathering draws nearer, I could post a sign-up thread in the forums here and make it a sticky so we can get a better idea how many people plan on going... Just a thought.

The last couple years we met up with the guys from northern IL, too. I hope we can all get together and give them a big dose of cheeseheads this year.

I participated in a caravan to the DSM Shootout a couple years ago. It was a real pain. We were constantly loosing people, cops, stopping for gas (or broke down) every 1/2 hour... Just seemed like endless delays...

I hear ya Greg...... Caravans can be a real pain sometimes. In the future, I'm only caravanning with people I know and trust. I hate it when you have cars break down or drive like maniacs and get pulled over. It really sours the trip.
On the flip side, there will probably be a MN 3/S caravan to the NG and it will be rolling through your neck of the woods. We'll touch base when it gets closer.
later, Curt

Cars that don't break down... well, scratch me off Curt's list, haha, considering the August fiasco,

I would love to join in on this. If I end up driving the car there, then that's what I'll do. I may end up trailering it there....just a thought...I would probably hold a slower pace then....either way, I'll see you guys there!
