I ran into a bit of a problem. My stock oil return line for the rear turbo no longer fits due to the DNP Headers I just installed. The return line presses up against the header and does not line up properly either. So I need to find some other type of oil return line. Does anyone use AN Oil Return Lines? If so, where did you find them, how much, etc. I'll pay whatever I have to. Car can't be assembled until I get this. Need em quick.
Any help?

I can get you almost whatever size/type that you need in AN fittings, but I would think that you should be able to find somewhere closer. As far as what size... They are not cheap. I want to say a few bucks a fitting and few dollars per foot of braided ss line. If you give me lengths I might be able to get them made up(or at least cut to the right length) in advance, but then we would want to be very accurate in the lengths that you want. Let me know if you want me to pick them up, I'll buzz down and swap you for turbos that night then.

Last thursday I helped my cousin hook up two carburetors in a 55 chevy with the -AN fittings/ braided ss line at the shop. how do the lines hook up now? isn't it a plate with two bolts and a gasket? would you thread the turbos?

Thx Greg. As of now, I shipped out my return line to Adam. His uncle is going to create me 2 new flanges out of aluminum based on the return line I send him. Then I guess he's going to thread it for -AN fittings and throw a 12AN SS line between the threads for the same length as the stock line, plus an additional 2 inches for sake of manuverability. He says his uncle's shop can make it in a few days time tops. Hopefully it'll turn out and fit. If not, I'll have to figure something else out. *keeps fingers crossed*

Jesse, your oil return line is sitting in my passenger's seat right now. I will stop out at bay speed tonight and talk to Matt about it. We'll come up with a battle plan, and then ether friday night or saturday we'll crank a new one out. Or two... Do you have a huge preference between -8 or -10?

i believe -10 as a minimum... the stock line equates to 12 i believe? same length, plus say 2 additional inches.
