They're claiming 35awhp on the dyno when added to a gt368 car. Pardon my stupidity, but how can just a larger surge tank make that much of a difference? The runners are still the stock size/design it looks like. What am I missing here?

Quality looks damn good. Impressive welds.

However, if it's true, that this does add that much power, the price is fair considering its roughly (NOTE - I said roughly, please don't nit pick) the same price vs. hp rating of dr stage 2 heads.

Anyone care to enlighten me just how you can squeeze more ponies out from a larger surge tank? I can sorta understand if a larger throttle body is also used, but, with a stock TB, I just can't see this at all.

I could have sworn the claims came with the use of a 90mm TB along with the intake. I believe the runners are also redone. If it follows the same ideas that were used on the 'Drag-pro' intake, the runners were modified with a greater flow over stock.

I wonder why they even bother selling it without the 90mm TB. Seems dumb to buy it without the TB. Not to mention, a custom made Hogan mani only runs $1500 (Terry Bosserman style). I'd really like to see some hard evidence this thing performs, as opposed to believing the words of a GT PRO tech who made it. Dyno charts would be helpful, before and after.

Jeff, naw, I won't be buying it. But I think it's an intriguing concept. And um, I think I got your msg from Friday yep. The last few days are a blur - no, that doesn't mean it involved alcohol either.
