It's now August 10th, 2004. Exactly one year ago today, W3SI's website and forum was brought online. The goal was to provide a means of communication for Wisconsin members to help better educate everyone about their cars, and also to create an avenue for fellow enthusiasts and owners to meet at some scheduled gatherings throughout the year across the state. Hopefully we've been successful in doing those exact things.
The club has progressed as we hoped it would in the first year, and provided a few surprises as well -- who would have dreamed we'd be close to 90 members within a single year and come only a hair shy of winning Best Club Participation at the National Gathering this last July?? Luckily, everything seemed to roll in the right direction since the re-birth of the club and we didn't have to make any major changes to the original masterplan (some would call them chicken scratches on a post-it note) we developed for W3SI.
We hope everyone is happy with the results so far and is proud to be a member of the Wisconsin 3/S Chapter. We'd like to thank everyone for their participation and helping out in your own way(s) to make W3SI a resounding success!!
