I need one, cuz my car hates me and likes doing things to me to piss me off. I was driving it around so the tranny install went all good but now the battery doesnt stay charged So it seems i need a new alternator..

Have you had the battery checked, yet?
Sometimes from sitting as it was and only being run a short time, the cells can go dead from never getting a decent charge.
I would just goto your local Checker or Advanced Auto and have them test/charge your battery. They can also check your charging system. They will do it for free.

You have to pull the alternator out and bring it to them. http://www.stealth316.com/2-alternator.htmNew ones typically run from $90-$105, but they do come with a warrenty.

You dont have to take it off the car and bring it in. Ours can be tested on the car. I used to work for both places. Bryan, if you need help removing it, I could come up Fri and help you.

You can take it to green bay rebuilding and they will fix it, I took mine off of my 93 stealth and they fixed it. They had to order parts, but they cleaned it all up and put new parts in. they are off of Velp Ave.

Sure. My cell number is listed in the GB thread. Give me a holler! I'm bringing most of my tools with me.
Do you have a jack?
