Anyone have an extra boost gauge laying around that I could borrow for a day? I'd rather not buy one since I don't plan on running more than stock boost levels anyways. Just wanna run some tests. Let me know, thanks.

Jesse I've got a 60mm Greddy Electronic one, don't know if you want to go through all the trouble of hooking it up for a day or two though...
nevermind, I should really read how long ago these posts were made...

Eric,
I still have need of one. What makes the electronic ones such a pain to hook up? I thougth all boost gauges just ran off a single vacuum line and nothing else (unless you want to hook up backlighting). Does yours have some fancy gadgets that require power, ground, etc.?

No, most electric gauges need a power and ground hook up. They work off a controler box. For the boost gauge, you run a vac line to the controler box, then theres a cable that hooks to the gauge.
It's not really that much of a pain. Just a little more complicated than a mechanical gauge.

Eric, I'll give you a call. I'm assuming you haven't hooked up your gauge yet? I don't want anyone to go through the hassle of having to pull it out of their car.
Maybe I should just buy a stupid mechanical boost gauge instead of f-ing around with trying to find one to borrow. I'm just tired of spending money right now for things I don't really need.
