Pics to come tomorrow....
It's sole purpose will be a sa dedicated track car (road course). Will see VERY limited road time. However, I'm having second thoughts now because the car is such good shape that I'm starting to wonder if I'll be paranoid about wrecking it like I am about the maroon maurader. The paint is in tip-top shape and there's no dings/dents whatsoever. The only real cosmetic flaw is the usual minor paint flakes on the hood. It's a 91 RT/TT in red, and the red still shines, brightly. No oxidation on the paint except the spoiler. Comes with 94 chrome wheels and 91 stock alloy wheels. It's got 2 issues I need to fix regarding a parking brake adjustment and ABS - both of which I'm not overly concerned about. Hell, we may decide to strip ABS and the parking brake along with everything else.... decisions decisions.
The car is a joint venture between myself and my best bud Dennis. We are joking around calling it H&R Racing (Heinen and Rink), lol. Both of us will see seat time and co-own the car. So, we have another W3SI member as of today. Some of you guys have already met Dennis (I know verfer and zoodled have plus a few others that were at Road America the other weekend). The car will also make an appearance at the UMG this year. Dennis is going to drive it up Saturday I believe.
The plan is to strip the entire car (man, I'm really having second thoughts about that, cuz shes so purdy, lol): and drop a few hundred pounds, upgrade the suspension and brakes, and see regular track time this summer.
I'm pretty excited to finally have a dedicated track car.... Road America got me hooked. More to come...

Congrats on the new purchase Jesse!! The car looks awesome. How did my saying go........ "When will the insanity end." And you say, "hopefully never."  I think that car will make a great track car. Nice!! must be nice to own 2 TTs now. plus you can alwaz be driving a stealth and not a rental car if one breaks down.

ahhhhh I get it jesse, you bought a new stealth so you can say you didn't buy any more mods for your old stealth when really you're going to be buying tons of mods for the new stealth

Haha.
Actually, the new stealth will remain relatively stock with the exception of some track pads/rotors and suspension. otherwise $ will go towards track tries and HPDE events. The maroon maurader will be quite a bit faster than my track car I suppose, but the ideal way to improve your lap times is not by getting a faster car, it's by getting more seat time and becoming a better driver. So that's the plan stan.

like you idea jesse, but are you just goin to use the newer one just for track to get better at driving, then when you feel safe will you get rid of it and just have ur mm?
