ok, so my 99 conversion is done, the FMIC is mounted and has no leaks, the only things i have left (before the paint job) are 1) getting the windshield replaced, 2) tinting the windows, and 3) changing my exhaust....as of now i have the HKS single shot...after debating getting the borla or the IPS quad tip, i have decided that i will most likely just find a good muffler shop and have them build a custom set up.
anyone from the fox valley area have any good experiences with any shops?? someone on 3si recommended menasha muffler i think?

Sorry I have no recommendations for you, but I'm interested in the same thing. I'd really consider a custom catback if I knew a shop in Green Bay or the Valley area that is capable.
Do you know where you are going for tint? That's on my list of things to do, just hasn't come up yet, between 120k/clutch/BPUs.

for tint i always hit up auto trim n design from appleton....they've tinted three of my cars now and each one turns out great...and as long as you go with their mid or uppergrade tint, it comes with a lifetime warranty against cracking peeling bubbling and such...

is that the 300gt hood? Looks like you have some alignment issues. Do you reccomend this hood? I was waiting for deft racing to make a 300gt hood so you know its quality.

yes, gt300 or whatever they called it...i think from extreme dimensions or some such... the alignment isnt perfect, but you get what you pay for, and this was the cheapest hood around, so i went with it...besides, my body guy is an absolute artist, so i'm not too worried, he'll take care of me. of course, i havent had a chance to talk to him yet, and he hasnt seen his newest project so i cant make an honest recommendation of the hood.

Yeah the hood is killing me. Gorgeous otherwise, but the alignment is really making my soul hurt, haha. Ask veerfour05 how I feel about hood fitment, lol.
