What a trip of a lifetime and a steal! You must be very happy. Good show! You bringing it to the UMG? Now, please go mark this massive picture-heavy thread "NOT 56K friendly." Best, SJ

Very cool. Good job.
Checking that luggage at the airport must have been interesting.

Great deal and neat story. Not many people will fly one way to work on a car they never have seen before only to fix it and drive it back. Nice looking car!

Awesome story, I couldn't help but smile reading that. First pic of the repair kit is priceless! Congrats on the find! Brett

Good story! Did you bring that repair kit as your carry on. What did the security screeners say? I would think in today's air travel world that suitcase had a few "red flags" in it.
Congrats.
later, Curt

They didn't suspect you of possibly jacking up the airplane, spraying the wheel with WD40 and putting the belt around the tire? What has homeland security come too! Actually I am a little surprised they let the WD40 on at all, isn't it explosive or flamable?
