I looked at my windshield yesterday and down by the passenger defroster was a crack 6 inches long in the center glass layer. Doh! I think it came from a gravel truck I was following the day before.
When I was driving home I went over a bump on Hwy 100 and snap the crack extented to within 5 inches of the drivers side pillar. Now the car looks very ghetto.
Has anyone had to replace their 3S glass in Milwaukee? Any company I should avoid?
I was thinking of going to Auto Glass Specialists since I've taken other cars there.
Any one think it might be a structural problem with the car since the windshield is a structural member of the car?

Never mind.
Fixed window for under $300. The glass itself was less than $200.
Wife peeled off stickers.

I got mine done through safelite autoglass. 227 in stalled with a really dark blue tint on the top banner.
