Heads up to the 3/S world: http://www.3si.org/forum/showthread.php ... ge=1&pp=10Yikes, the Wisconsin representative of 3/S bigshots just made a hell of an announcement. 700+ wheel hp out of his 3/S. Congradulations Jack, you deserve all the accolades, you get everything through your own hard work and learning. Nice job, w3si is proud! Matt

Yes he does indeed. *thumbs up*
Wonder if he'll show at the Speed Seekers event in spring.

Jack regularly participates in open track events at Road America so I'm imagining we will see him there.
I'd suggest looking at our Upcoming Events page and the link to the videos... You will find a 20 minute video with shots of him flying by every car on the track.

Maybe it's just the codec I'm using, but when I play back that one, it's upside-down and backwards. The other 2 work fine. *shrug*

2 fixes:
1. Turn monitor upside down 2. Use correct codec

hehe I have to visit here more, my harddrive crashed so all bookmarks etc were lost. I am getting bigger intercooler this winter, and some cooling system improvements for roadcourse. I won't be using that much boost/hp on a roadcourse, though; that is dragrace only "kill" settings JT

Xwing has your car changed much since the photos you posted as Hideo in 2002. It seemed like the car was on its way to being done at that time. Do you have any newer photos of it? Hideo Thread on 3SI http://www.3si.org/forum/showthread.php?t=79182Damn 3SI SQL errors don't allow me to go past the first page anymore, but I have the photos saved to my hard drive still. Here are the photos I saved if anyone is wondering what I'm talking about but can't get on 3SI. http://www.fleischfresser.com/w3si/xwing/

No, the 94 VR4 I am driving/working on is a completely different car from my 93 project car that now sits with nothing being done to it because fixing the motor etc is more money than I have now.
My 94 was my daily driver while the 93 project was going forward, and all the old parts no longer used from the 93 went on the 94. Well, with the 93 project turning to crap thanks to Batten Performance Engineering's crappy motor and going bankrupt, the 94 is now the car, and has upgraded turbos etc. JT
