I just got two seals from supercar engineering.
They are suppose to keep the tranny fluid in my tranny.
I have no idea how to put these in. anyone ever done this before?
Will I need a press?
Who's coming over to help me drop this thing?
Thanks guys.
Toby.

You simply pull the old ones out (flat head screwdriver works great) and press the new ones in with your hand. Not very hard, just make sure it goes in square. Should only take you 6.5 hours to do the clutch.

well alrighty then. perhaps buy a cpvc tube about 6 inches long, so I can tap that with a hammer or something, and make sure it's in square... I suppose I had best get new axle seals, or those will leak, huh? seals everywhere...

I'd get new axle seals if you've pulled the trans more than once. I replaced three of the seals last time I had mine out. I tapped mine in with the back of a screwdriver FTW. Move closer and I'll help you pull the trans.

I'll be out there for the Green Bay gathering with a bag of onions just for you. If you havent pulled the trans multiple times, the axel seals should be fine. I have enough money to pay for the gas to get me to and from work, thats about it. College FTL.

Everything in the way is out of the car...
when ever I can get two or so guys with a spare hour or two, I'll pull it. If we could set something up for this weekend that would be super!

Don't have anyone under the car when it's time to drop it down. Use the jack for that and bring it down slowly.
Call me if you get stuck on something.
