Whats up yall! For those of you who remember me (mostly from 2004), its been a long time. Had to sell the VR-4 last spring because I just couldn't afford to fix the many mechanical problems it had (remember me, Jeff?). Anyway, I have recently purchased an Evo VIII after driving a Saab 9-3 and my bike all last summer, and I gotta tell you it feels good to be back in an AWD Mitsu. I know, this is a 3si forum, but thought I'd give a shout anyway. And Joe, I might wanna join the caravan if you don't mind rollin with an Evo (but I did get rid of the "GYK" plates...). Take care everyone, and maybe I'll meet up with you guys in a couple weeks. -Matt

Hey matt, good to hear from you. (Not sure if you remember me ... met you at the 04 rural cruise and also ran out to Jeff's last spring to let him do an ECU swap into your car.)
Congrats on the Evo. I'm not a huge Evo guy, but it sounds like you're loving it. And I reckon it won't be in the shop nearly as much!
See ya at the UMG?

Yep I remember. And yes, I'm anticipating much fewer problems with this one, but I know there will be some along the way with how us kids like to drive . And I'm hopefully gonna catch up with everybody at the UMG, but its also the weekend of the g/f's b-day... so maybe I'll surprise her with a weekend getaway to fabulous WI Dells!

Hey Matt. Great to hear from you again. You are more than welcome to roll wth us; even if you don't have those "GYK" plates. Give me a call sometime and we'll have a few drinks and catch up on things. 414-915-4560

Matt, Good to hear from you. You'll like the EVO - they are pretty impressive. Let me know when you trash the stock clutch
