If anyone tries that new, clear, "Ice" wax from TurtleWax, let me know how it worked. Looks kinda gimmicky, but it sure would be nice to avoid having that visible wax residue that always seems to wind up in funky places.

I swear by Meguires NXT Tech wax on dark colors. First time I used it on my Expedition the black looked like a mirror. People walking by my house stopped and commented on how much is shined. I have been temped to pick up a bottle of the Zymol wax just try it out because other swear by it.
As far as cleaning windows I use 3 parts water, 1 part vinegar and a squirt of dawn dishsoap. At first I laughed when but then I tried it and it worked wonders on our hazy film on our windshields. I don't use paper towel I used newspaper the is black and white. I don't use the colored stuff. Laugh all you want but just try it and see what you think.
Just my 2 cents
Kyle

Remember, I have a black car. The Tech Wax does OK IMHO. Does not richen the color as well as I would like nor give the feeling of a nice hard coat. Mequires Mirror ditto. Zymol is great, but it is a cleaner waz and therefore can't be used all the time. So, IOW, I have not found one I like. Thinking of buying a Wizards product at UMG. SJ

For wax/protectant I really like "KLASSE ALL IN ONE". "Google" it and shop around for the best price. It should be about $20 for the 16.9 Oz bottle. Check the shipping cost of each provider to get the best deal. The first time you use it the applicator pad should be black from all the dirt that has been left behind by other products. They also make a "SEALANT" which is applied on top of the ALL IN ONE. I used it once and didn't see the need. KLASSE is great stuff. A little goes a long way.
For window cleaning I only use: "STONER" brand, "INVISIBLE GLASS". This stuff is the BEST. I have paid up to $5 a can but, just got a 4 pack at SAM'S Club for about $9. While you are at SAM'S pick up a pack of "MICRO FIBRE TOWELS". They should be right by the INVISIBLE GLASS in the auto area. As usual you get a "pallet" of them for about $15. I was paying about $3 for a 12" X 16" towel and felt it was worth it. The micro fibre towels do not lint and hold the dirt so you are not just spreading it around. Combine these 2 items and window cleaning was never so easy.
Now that you know the secrets----Run to SAM'S before it's all gone.

I was first tuned in to wizards by Mike Gardner at the UMG 3 years ago. I've used it ever since and I really like it.
There will be a few vendors at the car show selling it. If you want to try it out first, you can use some of mine at the UMG. The mist-n-shine works well on glass, plastic, rubber, paint, just about everything.
