from what I've heard of TT conversions, unless you are doing it yourself, or really like the challenge, it's often not worth the money. Consider that if you just do turbos (never mind AWD), you're looking at about 2-3K in parts alone to do it right, if not more. It won't increase the resale value of your car at all, because people are scared of modded cars, and it's a lot of work. Have you considered finding a TT or VR-4 with a blown engine or spun turbo to get the price down, then just replacing the motor?? The shop that rebuilt the motor on mine got the chassis for pennies on the dollar, replaced the motor, tranny and turbos, and sold it to me, I'm sure for a decent profit, and I still got into mine for under 13K. Just a thought.

Been trying to find one of those for a while now... Best I could do was the 95 TT I have now.
(not that I'm complaining)
