Can you take apart and grease the rear wheel bearings or do you just replace the whole hub assembly. While I was cleaning and lubinng my e-brake stuff today I noticed the drivers side bearing sounded a little dry...

Not really. It's not like the front wheels where you pop out the oil seal and can pack in the grease.
The rear hub assembly is one unit and is about $100something with our discount from Renner.
