With the TT not ready, I'm taking the SL to the NG and thinking about signing up for the FWD drags. What do you say Joe? Just fun little competion between the w3si NA Furies at the NG. Nothing more... Who's all signed up for the NG FWD drags? Joe Aaron (assuming we get the car ready) Jim Bryan? How about all the loosers have to drink a 12 pack (shared) of Milwaukee's Best that night. I'm sure MRink can provide us with some. Past drag times don't count. Only the time slips you get at this event.

That's just cruel.
Can I join if my clutch slips so bad I'm in the 15s?

I'm game. I'll most likely run 15's this year anyways. LOL.

Bryan's not signed up.
Anyone driving an automatic should be given a .5 sec handicap.

Do I need a helmet to participate in the event? What's the cutoff? 14 seconds or less?

I'm pretty sure you need a helmet no matter what you run. Most tracks are like that, execpt GLD

I am going to run a 16 sec 1/4...
On my first run because I've never raced before.
After that I own you fools. The N/A Fury is going to get a whole new meaning by the time I'm done.
BTW, does anyone have a helmet I can borrow?

Gentlemen, do NOT make me run the POWER CAV; I don't want to make the entire N/A 3S crowd look like a bunch of idiots!

Yeah. We wont need helmets at all. And I don't see any of use breaking even the 14.5 mark. let alone the 13's... lol.
