Wiring??
That's the kicker right there. The SOHC have little to nothing in common with the DOHC cars. They're both 3.0's, but share very little. The Power Steering Pump and Alternator are in completely different spots. They don't use Cam or crank angle sensors, instead they use a distributor. The motor mount locations in the frame are the same, but the mounts themselves can't be innerchanged between the 2. There are several other differences, but I'm extremely tired and don't have time to go thru them all.
The easiest way to do the swap would be to pull the entire wire harness (I'd suggest a 91-95 to avoid OBD2 emissions crap) with the ECU and sensors and swap them in. This requires pulling the dash (a good 1/2 day project in itself), and you'd need a DOHC instument cluster. At some point between 92 and 95, they switched from a cable speedometer to an electric, that's something to keep an eye out for as well as lots of other changes between the years.
The swap is no easy task, and I can't think of anyone who has done one before. Mostly just DOHC Turbo swaps but most guys simply bolt the 9B's to their DOHC NA motors and have a ball.
