I'm putting new pads on this weekend. Is there any special tools I'll need? Is it pretty much a straight forward brake job?

You need your lug wrench, a 17mm socket, and maybe a mallet. Not hard at all. The quickest way to do them is to remove the bottom 17mm bolt in the caliper and just loosen the top enough were you can rotate the pistons off the pads. Not a bad idea to put a little grease back on that bolt you removed before reinstalling.
If you're going to bleed the brakes, go in this order:
Rear passenger side Rear drivers side Front passenger side Front drivers side

When ever. I going be taking the rotors into NAPA to get the turned when they open they said they should be able to have them done around noon. If you can find the flanges or a doner cat I should be able to make one up.

What about replacing the flex section on my spare downpipe? The cat is still attached to it as well so there would be the flanges for a test pipe as well...

I have to work Saturday. what time are you doing this at? I'm not sure how late I'll be at work, but if I don't get these menards wrapped up I can't get off for the nationals. BOOOOOOO. Greg. I can weld. you get the flex section. I'll put holes back in it.
