I ordered 4 guages for my 92 R/T TT today. Oil temp, oil press, boost, and water temp, and a manual boost controller. When I get them installed What should I set my boost at? Also are any of these difficult to put in? Just put in a new Bov tonight after work. Has any one seen a four gauge pillar? I 've never seen one.

Four gauge pillar! How in the heck are you supposed to see around all those gauges? In fact, how are your going to fit 4 gauges on the pillar and still be able to see them? It'd be more of an effort to look up at the top gauge then it would be to look at the stock gauges in the center.
As for the boost controller, the best answer to, "how much boost?" is: Get a datalogger and run as much boost as you can with little/no knock and not over running your stock injectors.
Most people seem to get away with running 14psi with everythng else stock without any problems though.

I want to try and mount my new gauges where the center ones currently are but, I don't know about tearing that dash all apart. I'm sure I'll attempt it though. Where can I find a datalogger? How much? If the center spots work out good then all I'll have left is the oil temp gauge.

People make it out to be more of a PITA than it really is... Just like everything else on these cars, you just need some patience. How much and where you can find a datalogger varies. You need a laptop or a palm, the datalogging cable, and software = $$. Do a little research. You would need an OBDI datalogger because your car is a 92.

You'll find the OBDI datalogging software and cables pretty cheap on 3Si.org under the parts for sale and group buy forums.
And the center gauges arent that hard. Like Greg said, you just need to take your time. The more you try and rush it, the harder it will become.

thanks for the help guys. I 'll check into the datalogger very soon. So far it's going ok. So you're telling me that patience is a virtue. It will be worth it when I it's all done. Thanks again. Is anyone else besides me jonesing for another rural cruise yet?
