I just have a few general (hopefully)easily answered questions for my 1991 Dodge Stealth Base model: my rear winsheild wiper has stopped working I've looked at it no loose connections i've looked for a fuse i have found none, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My front windshield washer sprayers don't work idk if it's clogged but it doenst' look like anything is going throught the tubes at all. and does anybody know about carbon fiber hoods raceonusa makes on for my year of stealth and i've heard sometimes you get a cheap mold and the carbon fiber breaks after a couple of years. well any response will be welcomed thank you very much... Thanks, Woody

Well for the wiper, check the switch on the dash. Its really easy to just pop in and out to swap with someone elses to test it. Also, have you listened to hear if the motor was making any noise at all?
The same goes for the sprayers. Check to listen for the pump. If its clogged, you'll still hear it working hard to spray. ALso check the nozzels on the hood. They can become clogged with wax, dirt, hard water deposits... etc. If they are, just use a small pin and clean out the blockage if you can.

okay what kind of noise should i be listening for in the engine? sometimes i hear a kind of belt "slipping" noise every now and then when i first start it up but goes away after a while or if i shut it off and start it up again.. but that's all besides normal also it's kind of hard sense my catylic converter leaks and alot of sound goes out right there. but other than that nothing.

I meant listening for the sprayer pump and wiper motors located below the battery and against the firewall, respectively.

Yeah i don't hear anything just the wiper motors going so i assume it's the pump for the windsheild washer fluid then? Where exactly is that located? Thank you.

The washer pump is located on the bottom of the washer tank. The washer tank is directly below the battery tray. Check the wire connection for the pump to make sure it's connected. You can find that by following your sprayer hose from the hood to the tank. The connection should be on the fender wall just a couple inches in front of the firewall. It should be cable tied to the sprayer hose.

Alright, I just got back from working on my car and i took out the battery there was white powder (I'm assuming dried up battery acid) everywhere underneath of it so i unbolted it and then cleaned it off and painted it with some gloss black engine enamel too withstand the heat and so it looks all pretty Then I finally noticed the black clouds coming out of nowhere and then it just starts pouring down rain. So I hop in my car and put in the key too roll up my windows becuase I had them down. Then I turn the key and then i'm pushing the window button to go up and there not going. I'm think WTF???? Then I think too myself, "Damnitt Woody how much of a dumbass are you?" So then thankfully the rain stops just a sheet of rain (been doing it off an on all day) then I get done put it all back together then i'm fiddling around with cleaning the gunk out of the sprayer nozzles and aiming them and it turns out that my pump wasn't connected soo and easy cheap fix So i'm happy but sometimes I wonder how I do stupid stuff like that? Anyways does anybody know about the Raceonusa carbon fiber hoods has anybody ordered one from them? Just want to know the quality and stuff. okay well thanks everybody for your help.
