I doubt it'll be a problem.

I got their top-of-the-line cover. It was expensive at over $250 but I think well worth the price as it is still like new. Very happy with it. Current cost is around $210. You're talking about the "Storm Shield" cover, right? I actually really, really like what I see there. I think I might be leaning towards this now ... brand new, fitted perfectly for my specific car, lifetime warranty, and sounds like it has all the protection I need for outdoor storage. And the price is not bad at $210. I'd like to get a cable and cable-lock to go with it. PearlAm, do you recall if that cover has eyelits for a cable? It sortof sounds like the cable-lock kit comes with grommets, so maybe it's not a problem either way. Dah, what to do....

I saw that's what the site said. I based my guess-timate of the cover from the small pictures that were provided hoping to give an idea of which one it *could* be. But without the cover to review, I cannot be sure. Perhaps they've changed their covers, don't offer that one anymore, et al -- I don't know. But again, I bought the cover from a guy who stored his car outside and had such a nice car, they stole it.
If I can be of any further assistance, let me know.

Yes, the Storm Shield is the right one. I'm am like 97% sure there are no grommets, but I will have to check tonight when I get home. MRink, if you're not in a big hurry you'll be able to see the cover next week at the UMG. Try it, if you want, to see that it fits your car.

You know what, before spending that kind of money, that's a really good idea. I'll definitely take you up on that. Hopefully I'll find you there ... have we met before? Thanks!

I think Covercraft and Coverking are the two biggest makers of custom fit car covers. Here are a couple of links to check out: http://www.ajusa.com/http://www.carcoversdirect.com/On the first link, they have both Covercraft and Coverking. If I remember right, both carry excellent outdoor car covers in the $200 range.

Adding a little closure.... I ended up getting a used Technalon Evolution 4 cover from a former 3S owner who posted in 3si's classified section. I guess he only had his stealth for a couple months after getting the cover. Thing's in almost brand new condition. I got a cable and lock along with it, too. It's normally a $160 cover, plus $10 for cable/lock, plus maybe $10 shipping ... I bought it for $65 shipped.
Hopefully it'll work nicely for me. The thing fits like a glove, so I'm loving that. In a perfect world I would have liked to have paid a little more and gotten a Noah or Weathershield cover, but I would have had to buy new ($200+) or wait for one to come along used. And the Technalon seems like a very good cover.
