For anyone interested in what a few things in the rear of the car weigh, here you go. I've removed these on the track car so far (more to come).
A/C - 34 Cruise Control - 4 Dust Shields - 4 Rear Heat Shields - 2 Rear blind - 5 Rear Speakers - 8 Rear Washer Res - 2 Rear Wiper/Motor - 4 Stock Suspension (replaced with GCs) - 25 Plastic Rear Under-Hatch Cover - 4 Plastic Trunk/Rear Seat Covers - 20 Spoiler - 7 Wooden Trunk Cover - 8 Trunk Carpet and Insulators - 9 Trunk Plastic Bins - 5 Rear Seat Belts - 6 Rear Seats - 23 Tools/Jack - 9 Spare Tire - 34 Charcoal Floormats - 5 Front Speakers - 5 Radio and Amp - 11 Visors - 3 Active Exhaust Motor - 2 Power Antenna - 3
Next on the list is replacing the battery with a Hawker Genesis (saves 30) and main cat with Test Pipe (saves 10). I've got some more things I can remove in the interior which are free and might free up another 15 pounds or so (glove box, climate control, etc). Hardly seems like much. But considering the heavy stuff is still there (seats, exhaust, wheels, driveshaft, etc.) I guess it's not that bad. I can realistically see dropping 500 total pounds on the car fairly easily. Course, that would require $ which I don't have right now, stupid motor.

Those floor mats weighing you down too much Jesse? I can probably help you with that.

What are you using to measure the weight? If it is the bathroom scale are you using the differential method where you stand on the scale with and without the part?
Some suggestions on other parts to reduce weight if your race rule book permits;
Headliner Visors Glove box in dash Radio and speakers Floor carpeting Console carpeting ECS computer Heater core and ducts - Patch holes in fire wall after.
If you remove the stock steering wheel and airbag, I'd remove the center console and SRS computer.
Did the base cars have hand crank windows? Usually the mechanism is lighter than power window parts. You might be able to trade plus cash to you for this switch over.
The older light weight Callaway Vettes had a pull wire instead of handles and linkage on the inside of the doors. You might be able to do this if your events allow the interior door panels to be removed. They also had hand crank windows.

Most things were done using the differential method on the bathroom scale. So far it's about 245 pounds worth of crap.
The headliner, radio, climate control, glove box, antenna motor, active exhaust motor, visors, front speakers, center console, foglights, are the next to go.
I think I might leave the ECS computer installed so I can keep tour mode to/from the track.
Dont know how to remove the heater core and ducts. Any idea what's involved?
If I had a trailer, I'd go crazy and remove the glass windows, headlights, crash bars, and other junk like that, but I have to keep em for now.

Err.. Pardon my stupidity. Where is the heater core and associated parts for this?
How easy/difficult to remove? How much proposed weight savings?

passenger side firewall. Follow the two 1" dia. or so coolant lines to the firewall, and there you have your heater core. How, much work? I don't know. I've replaced a couple of heater cores on other cars. Wasn't too bad. Feel like having a shop day? I need to get started on my clutch real soon. Probably ordering parts today.

You need to loop the coolant back to the car.
I'd take out the entire climate box and ductwork with it. Less wires under the dash.
