Well I finally traced it down. Its the metal intercooler pipe that mounts above the front turbo, and its leaking on the bottom side, on the mounting welds. Started to attempt to take it off, hoses were not a problem, but the two bolts that hold it in are in a tight place. What do i all have to remove to get this thing out? Also can it be repaired (jbweld) or do I have to buy a new one?

You need to move the heat shield on top of the exhaust manifold. Simply unbolt it (2 12mm bolts), and pull it aside. You can then get a 12mm deep socket on both the bolts.
