This event is NEXT SATURDAY. It looks like rain here, but not there, right now.
No one else wants to go? Leaving in the pre-dawn hours before 6a, show is 9a-1p, home around dinner time, it's a great event with live bands, tons of Mitsu's, plenty of giveaways, and many high level Mitsu exec's strolling and speaking. They also offer plant tours.

1. SJ and... 2. Da Kid and Da Girl 3. Travis Hunter and... 4. Barry and his son 5. Right now, the plan is to meet at my house and depart before 6a to caravan to the event. Remember, we enter IL, so if you have a SpeedPass, bring it, or be sure you have cash for the tolls. I think there are two. We always stop in El Paso, IL at the giant Shell station to refuel both the cars, the drivers and passengers. Right now, the weather forecast remains the same. I will keep an eye on it. If it changes for the worse, we'll chat and decide what to do because frankly, I don't really want to drive three hours to walk around in the rain. Right now, we're good. Let's pray it stays that way.

I do know there were some around the Bloomington area, which is right by the plant. Bloomington, IL E85 Gas Station Locations *Shell, 2401 E. Oakland Ave., Bloomington, IL *FS, 1808 S. Morrissey, Bloomington, IL I thought many of the Valero Truck Stops and Kwik Trips had them as well, but I'm not 100% sure they all do.

Travis is now in the state of Washington... Barry and son changed plans... The forecast is now 59, partly cloudy, and winds out of the NW at 20-30mph... Bah, I'm going to talk with ver fer and Da Kid. This may not be worth the cost and the drive, as much as I love this event! I'm leaning towards bailing unless this forecast changes... and it has twice since I've looked since I got home... for the worse, not better...
