I know many people have had problems with dealers in the past, but let us limit this thread to positive experiences. Hopefully members and non-members browsing will have good experiences when going to the dealers recommended.
For somethings like recalls (as far as I know) have to be done at a dealer.
Some in the poll were just taken from the online yellow pages I don't know how much Mitsu work they do.
I've had two very good experiences with Kuettner but some problems too. They are the best dealer I have taken my car to for service.

It all depends on who you talk to at the dealerships, but I voted for Kuettner because I havent heard anything bad about them, yet.
Renner is also a good place to have work done as long as you talk to the older gentleman in the shop. He's the only one who I would trust around my car. And tell him you are part of the DSM Club of WI. They get a discount there.
I've also heard good and bad things about LIbertyville. You'd have to ask the Chi-town boys for specifics. But they do give us a 25% discount on parts.
And last but not least... MOPARJIM or MOPARJEFF(440 4x4). These guys are the best and usually do a better job for half the cost of the stealerships. They do all the work on my car that I cant do myself.

Just take my word for it..............won't get into it. I have had good experiences with Renner, but will probably have Jim and Jeff do some work for me soon.

I've had a positive experience at Wilde Dodge in Waukesha. I took my car there for the transfer case recall. It was leaking, they fixed the seals and sent me on my way. They also did the recall on Dave Lange's 92 RT/TT and he seems happy as well.
When the tech drove the car (they are supposed to according to the recall instructions), I followed him in a friends car without him seeing me and he didn't beat the car is do anything stupid so that was nice to see.
I've also been to Kuettner and had mixed feelings about their work on my car. But since Zoodled asked to keep the discussion on positive experiences I'll just say that Kuettner was positive enough that if I had to go back to a dealer, I would probably try them again.
