So I was thinking about having another get-together in GB this summer, but I need to talk about a good time with everybody. I can provide the pavement to park at, and a pool and a grill for food. We could also hit up a resteraunt if everyone feels more comfortable with that. We could hit up the go-carts again, or do something else. Just wondering what everyone would think of a "who survived the NG party?" Obviously 3/S would be optional, cause mine doesn't even run now. clutch is fried completely. We could also swap the NG pics there, cause I know we all want to trade like baseball cards... Anywho, let me know what weekend everybody thinks would work out best. Adam

This kind of approach never works for a gathering Adam. Pick date & time and people will come. Otherwise you're left with a bunch of guys standing around going, "that'd be cool." and nothing ever gets worked out. If you pick a date, people will plan their scheduals around it. Doesn't work the other way around I'm affraid...
I think the weekend of the 6th would be close enough, but not too close for people plan for.
Oh and clean your pool for crying out loud...

I would love to come up, but I have a feeling it'll be on a saturday, and my next five saturdays go something like:
- detroit (returning to MI for some more "Great Lakes, Great Times") - bachelor party - wedding #1 - wedding #2 - family reunion
Stupid people getting married and ruining all my 3S fun. I'll let you know for sure once an actual date gets thrown out.

Adam, as far as it is for me to attend this, I think I can swing it.

Just set a date and time, and I'm pretty sure I can make it.

ok, I'm thinking a friday night. maybe start it up at about 6ish, maybe do a cook out, and have the pool going full force. then, once the darkness starts to settle those that want to can head down to main street and play spank the hondas, or I live right by the I-43 business district, so we could head out and line up against ourselves (and head out for some other roads if we get attention directed at us.). Or go and hit up something else, I'll look into it.
I have open right now August 5th, and 26th.
What do you guys think?
